During the summer term, four volunteers - Jen, Abbie, Sean and James from the Egham office of Menzies LLP, came and worked on our Sensory Garden at The Oaktree. With the help of Mary and Marie, they dug over old embedded ground, prepared soil for planting, cleared lots of weeds and old woody plants and re-laid our gravel to clearly define the spaces.  We hope to welcome more volunteers in the autumn to help the children plant our new scented shrubs for all to enjoy.
