At the Oaktree School we believe that every child is unique, with unique gifts and abilities. Our role is not merely to promote the individual learning of the child but also to draw out all unique gifts and to see that each child is valued for his or her particular contribution.

We encourage independent thinking and recognise that children are born with an insatiable curiosity.  We therefore encourage all our children be curious, ask questions, explore possible answers and communicate their learning to others. We feel that this will enable our children to become lifelong learners.
