At The Oaktree School we encourage parents to talk to about any concerns and we work hard to resolve these. Please do not hesitate to speak with any member of staff about your concerns and if they cannot help you they will be happy to direct you to the member of staff that can help.
If you are still not satisfied or feel that you have been unfairly treated please see below the school guide to dealing with your concerns and the complaints form which can be found on page 16.
